the complexity
of your case
We cannot
accept credit
cards. Payments
may be made by
check or cash
Filing Fees are paid to our Office and we remit them directly to the Court when your case is submitted
PLEASE NOTE: It is our intent that the fees listed above be all inclusive. However,
additional fees will be due if you fail to appear at any required hearings, fail to
provide us documentation or information in a timely manner, provide us with
inaccurate or misleading information, or in the unlikely event of an adversarial
hearing. Additionally, for Chapter 13 proceedings, additional fees may be due if
"post-confirmation" matters are needed, such as plan modifications, payment
suspensions, or if post-confirmation motions are filed by creditors or the Trustee.
Ask us if you have questions or if anything needs clarification.
We choose to list our fees in our website. Many lawyers
do not do this. Of those that do, many quote "bare
bones" fees. If you are comparing fees on this basis
only be very careful, or you may be rudely surprised.
This is one of the many reasons we do not charge for
our initial meeting.
